Abstract

The master's thesis investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of the hotel and restaurant industry (HoReCa) in the global tourism market and offers practical recommendations for improving the interaction of participants in the catering industry in Ukraine, in particular, a SWOT analysis of the international coffee chain Starbucks; correlation and regression analysis of factors influencing the number of catering establishments in Ukraine and a mechanism for interaction of participants in the catering industry in Ukraine.
