Statistical analysis and evaluation of real estate in Ukraine

Abstract

The qualification work presents definitions of types of housing, what is the legal and legal component of renting a house, how renting a house in Ukraine has developed over the past decades. The work analyzed the dynamics of housing rent in the regions of Ukraine during the pandemic and before the start of a full-scale war and after, and made conclusions regarding the development of housing rent in the future.
