Investigation of elasticity processes with internal dumping, laser – pulse equation

Abstract

In the qualifying work, a mixed problem for a hyperbolic equation of the fourth order, the equation of a laser pulse, was investigated, its numerical and qualitative analysis was carried out, in particular, an explicit solution formula was obtained, and with its help it was shown that an analogue of the maximum principle for a mixed problem in a rectangular admissible region is fulfilled.
