Abstract

In the qualification (master's) work, the peculiarities of the marketing strategy at a small enterprise were considered. The conducted analysis made it possible to determine the main products that are key from the point of view of the profitability factor, and also identified strategic areas that should be emphasized. The paper analyzed key competitors and developed a business model for the company under investigation.
