Abstract

In the qualification work, the concept of the competitive advantage of the enterprise and its formation, classification of the main competitive advantages of the enterprise based on the opinions of scientists is defined. An analysis of the postal market of Ukraine was carried out, the organizational and economic characteristics of «Nova Poshta» LLC were provided, an analysis of the competitive advantages of «Nova Poshta» LLC and their formation was carried out. On the basis of the performed analysis, measures to increase the level of the company’s competitive advantages were determined, as well as the economic efficiency of the implemented measures was calculated.
