Abstract

The master's work deals with theoretical and practical issues of organization at the enterprises of marketing activity and features of development and management of marketing strategy of the enterprise. The activity of a specific enterprise - PJSC «Bar Machine Building Plant» was investigated. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of developing a marketing strategy for the enterprise in the form of strategic alternatives have been developed.
