Abstract

The master's thesis is aimed at studying lexical and grammatical transformations in the process of translation from the English language of the novel by Marcus Zuzak "The Book Thief" into the Ukrainian language as interpreted by Natalia Goin. The work highlights the general interest of the world reader in contemporary Ukrainian literature and focuses on the linguistic features of literary texts and the problems of their translation.
