Macro- and Microstructure of an Electronic Dictionary of Terms in Applied Linguistics

Abstract

The qualification work is devoted to the creation of a dictionary of applied linguistics terminology. Within the framework of scientific research, the compositional components of the dictionary were determined, namely its macroand microstructure. The types and samples of compiled dictionary articles are given, the peculiarities of the representation of synonymy and homonymy within the limits of dictionary articles are emphasized. The prospects of further scientific research, which are considered under the expansion and systematization of the electronic dictionary of applied linguistics terminology, are indicated.
