Linguistic expertise as a newest institution in the legal system of Ukraine

Abstract

The qualification work examines linguistic expertise as a newest institution in the legal system of Ukraine. The concept, purpose, tasks, subject, object, and subject of linguistic expertise are shown, the role and status of a linguistic expert is defined, and his/her conclusion is investigated. The types and kinds of linguistic experts, their differences are identified and the main types of linguistic expertise are analyzed.
