Modern terminology of banking: structure, semantics, features of codification

Abstract

The qualification work explores the lexical, semantic, structural, and word-formation features of banking terminology, which made it possible to develop the main patterns of term formation and functioning in this field. The theoretical and methodological foundations of modern banking terminological studies are examined, including methods of analysis, classification, and standardization of terms. A detailed classification of banking terms was conducted based on thematic groups, morphological structure, number of components, and functional characteristics.
