The influence of strategic planning on the effectiveness of the development of the cultural environment of the community

Abstract

The master's work is devoted to the analysis of the influence of strategic planning on the effectiveness of the development of the cultural environment of the community. The paper explores the theoretical foundations, regulatory framework, the practice of implementing strategic planning in Ukrainian cities, the state of resources and cultural infrastructure of Vinnitsa. An analysis of the Strategy for the Development of Culture until 2025 was carried out, the problems of its implementation were identified, and recommendations were given for adapting strategic planning to modern needs.
