Documentation support for new product launch planning

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the documentation support of planning a new product launch. The essence of documentary support, the role of information technology, and the specifics of management documentation for coordination between departments are considered. A model for automation of documentary processes and standards for key documents are developed. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of management processes, reducing risks and ensuring coordinated work of teams are proposed. Recommendations for improving the documentation support for planning and launching a new product with an emphasis on the adaptation of architectural monuments to commercial needs were made.
