The Role of Information Systems in Improving the Working Organization of Taxi Drivers

Abstract

The qualification (master's) thesis examines information systems for organizing the work of taxi drivers and passenger comfort; analyzes the legal framework for passenger transportation in Ukraine; examines the classification of information systems in the taxi industry and the stages of their design and development; analyzes the positive and negative aspects of implementing information systems in the organization of taxi drivers' work; summarizes the problems and outlines recommendations for the implementation and improvement of information systems to improve the work of taxi drivers.
