Improving business processes for preparing documentation for business conversations

Abstract

The master's thesis is aimed at solving current business problems related to documentation. Modern approaches to organizing business processes for preparing documentation for business conversations have been investigated. Problems and shortcomings in documentation management processes are identified, and the need for their improvement is justified. Recommendations are developed for optimizing and automating document preparation using modern digital technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of business communication. The article proposes to improve the business process of conducting business conversations, taking into account three areas: automation of preparatory and documentary processes; optimisation of information exchange and communication between participants; introduction of analytical tools for making informed decisions.
