Using Оpen Databases for the Effective Work of an Information Industry Employee

Abstract

The qualification (master's) thesis investigates the use of open databases for the effective work of an information industry employee; considers tools and methods for working with open databases; outlines the skills and competencies of information industry employees to work with open data. The article analyzes the open data policy and its role in the post-war recovery of Ukraine; identifies the main problems of using open data and develops proposals for overcoming them.
