Abstract

The paper explores the theoretical foundations of e-commerce, the peculiarities of its evolution, and legal support. The study investigates trends in the development of e-commerce worldwide. The current state of e-commerce development in Ukraine is analyzed, and the main barriers and prospects are identified.
