Abstract

The work examines the problems of corruption during hostilities and focuses on the interaction of international actors in this context.
The analysis of the state of studying the problem of corruption during military conflicts is highlighted. Starting with the concept and the main causes of corruption in the world, the study proceeds to the analysis of the dynamics of the development of corruption during military operations, in particular, using the example of the United States in Afghanistan. Special emphasis is placed on the corrupt interaction of the government and business, taken as an example of Georgia. Special attention is paid to works that focus on the foreign policy aspects of combating corruption in Ukraine during the Russian aggression.
