Transformation of the European model of neutrality under the Russian aggression against Ukraine

Abstract

The qualification work examines neutrality as a phenomenon, its forms, and principles, focusing on the goals of analyzing changes in the neutrality policy of Finland and Sweden and their impact on European security policy. Utilizing historical and comparative analysis methods, the author defines the historical development of this policy in these countries, emphasizing the novelty in the approach to analyzing the impact of modern conflicts on international relations as well as on the model of neutrality.
