The concept of genocide in international information relations

Abstract

The paper examines the essence of genocide in accordance with current international law and international legal practice, examines objective and subjective signs of genocide, analyzes genocide in the modern system of international information relations, examines international legal and political instruments for the eradication of genocide, identifies problems of implementing the convention on genocide and considered the specifics of responsibility for genocide in international law.
