In the qualification (master's) thesis, the essence, form and specifics of the influence of the cultural and religious factor, as a civilizational one, on regional conflicts were investigated. The role of the religious and cultural factor in the formation of conflicts and their resolution is analyzed, using the example of the Indo-Pakistani and Arab-Israeli conflicts. The work is focused on the study of the civilizational dimension of regional conflict, paying attention to the interaction of various cultural, historical, and civilizational factors in the formation and escalation of conflicts at the level of specific regions. The study includes an analysis of the impact of civilizational differences on the conflictual context and considers possible ways of reconciliation and reduction of tensions based on mutual understanding and cooperation between different ethno-confessional groups.
