Current challenges for the EU’s integration model

Abstract

The work examines current problems and prospects for the development of the European Union. The work analyzes the role of the EU in the world, its history, structure and legal framework. Contemporary challenges facing the EU are also considered, in particular, the problem of migration, economic instability, worsening relations with Russia, terrorism and others. The work examines possible ways of solving these problems and the future prospects of the development of the EU. Possibilities of strengthening European integration are explored, in particular, through the creation of a single European army corps, convergence of legislation and ensuring economic stability. Attention is also drawn to the possible consequences of crisis phenomena and their impact on the future of the EU. In general, the work is devoted to the study of the current political and economic situation in Europe and the future prospects of the EU as a key player in the international arena.
