Gender Policy in the Public Administration of Ukraine

Abstract

This qualification work primarily addressed the issues of gender policy in the field of public administration in Ukraine, the causes and consequences of discrimination against women in government, business, and the public service. Methods of gender research were proposed, and approaches to studying the issue of women's involvement in governance were outlined.
