Reforming the civil service system of Ukraine in wartime conditions

Abstract

The work examines the normative and legal framework governing the reform of the civil service under martial law. The main areas of reform are analyzed, in particular: optimization of the structure and staff of state bodies; introduction of remote work of civil servants; introduction of new requirements for the professional competence of civil servants; improvement of the system of remuneration of civil servants.
