Рublic participation in public administration in Ukraine

Abstract

One of the key areas of modernisation of modern public administration is the creation of an effective system of relations based on a combination of efforts of the state and civil society, based on the principles of good governance.
Mutually beneficial partnership between the state and civil society institutions is possible only under conditions of parity dialogue, so it is an extremely important issue to develop new means of communication and appropriate interaction. The functional capacity of civil society to interact effectively should be ensured by the state through appropriate legislative and regulatory measures, initiatives and the real right to control the activities of state institutions.
