E-governance in public administration in Norway and Sweden

Abstract

In this research comprehensively investigates the problem of the impact of egovernment on the provision of quality public services for citizens and businesses, and on the effectiveness of public administration. The modern methods of its study are analyzed, in particular historical, comparative, prognostic, descriptive, structural and functional and system analysis methods.
