Implementation of national environmental policy shown in the example of Khmelnytsky region

Abstract

The study provides a conceptual and structural analysis of ways of formation and implementation of the state ecological policy based on the example of the Khmelnytskyi region. Theoretico-methodological and administrative-legal foundations of state administration in the field of ecological safety in modern conditions are explored. The features of the criteria for assessing environmental risks are outlined.
