Abstract

The subject of investigation is the theoretical-organizational and practicalmethodical provisions of improving the work organization of MNCE «Tiachiv DH» on the basis of strategic management tools.
The aim of the work is to present the main theoretical aspects and substantiate the recommended ways aimed at improving of the work organization at the MNCE «Tiachiv DH» on the basis of strategic management tools.
