Abstract

The master's thesis examines the developing field of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine, especially in the context of the development of the country's market economy and social challenges. It explores the legal and ethical foundations of social enterprises, their innovative business models that balance economic viability with social goals, and the sector's impact on community development and environmental sustainability. The research examines different models of social enterprises, their operational challenges and the potential to promote significant social change through sustainable business practices. The work includes in-depth development of a business plan that meets the unique needs of the Ukrainian market, with an emphasis on ethical practices and community development.
