Development of a social enterprise project in the IT sphere

Abstract

The qualifying master's thesis is devoted to the development of a business plan for a social enterprise in the IT sector. The role and significance of social entrepreneurship in the modern economic context is analyzed, with a special emphasis on the IT industry in Ukraine and the Vinnytsia region. The work includes a theoretical analysis as well as a practical approach to creating an IT enterprise that contributes to social change. Recommendations are provided for entrepreneurs and organizations seeking to integrate social responsibility into their activities in the IT sector.
