Expert System based on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps: Application in Business

Abstract

The qualification (master's) thesis explores the problem of increasing sales through the optimization of quality requirements in the "producer-consumer" system. It is proposed to address this issue using fuzzy cognitive maps and a genetic algorithm. As a result, optimal values of quality levels are obtained, which maximally satisfy the interests of both parties, contributing to an increase in product sales volumes.
