Abstract

The research in the master's thesis is aimed at the growth and development of plants of the Poaceae family under the influence of seed irradiation with LED lasers. The main focus is on analyzing the effect of LED lasers characterized by coherent monochromatic red (635 nm) and blue (405 nm) light emission. The radiation power is 100 mW. Plants of the Poaceae family, namely barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) and rye (Secale cereale L.), were used in the study. The use of LED lasers in combination with Poaceae plants, known to be an economically important family, can be of great importance for the agricultural sector and agriculture. The results of this study can contribute to the development of new methods of agricultural technology and increase crop productivity.
