Machine learn-based insect species identification from wingbeat sounds

Abstract

Thanks to the use of machine learning methods, the development of an effective method of recognizing the species of mosquitoes by the sound of their wing beats was carried out. Comparison of recognition accuracy for various deep learning methods was carried out. Greater efficiency was found in work with sequential neural networks.
