Abstract

In the qualification work, a theoretical analysis of personnel management in modern market conditions was carried out. An analysis of the economic activity of "ElitMedica" LLC was carried out. The main trends in the development of personnel management at the enterprise are revealed. The project of improving the personnel management system was developed, and the economic justification of the proposed project was provided.
