Management of enterprise costs

Abstract

In the qualification work, a theoretical analysis of the basics of cost management at the enterprise was carried out. An analysis of the economic activity of DNIPRO AB LLC was carried out. The main trends in the formation of costs at the enterprise were revealed. Ways to reduce the costs of the company's activities are proposed, and the optimal model of cost management at the company is substantiated.
