Management of business risks of the enterprise

Abstract

The master's thesis examines the current issues of business risk management at food industry enterprises. A detailed analysis of the production and economic activity of "Kozyatinsky meat processing plant" LLC was made. A strategy for the development of the enterprise was proposed and the choice of recommendations for improving the organization of risk management at the enterprise was justified. the relationship between the state of risk management at the enterprise and the economic, financial and economic results of the enterprise, etc., is established; recommendations on minimizing risks at the enterprise and improving its risk management were developed.
