Abstract

The object of research in the qualification work is the process of forming the communication policy of "Arita" LLC, while the subject is the set of theoretical and methodological foundations for forming the communication policy of a trading enterprise.
The aim of the qualification work is to summarize the theoretical aspects of communication policy and identify measures for its improvement using the example of a trading enterprise.
