Abstract

The qualification work analyzes the approaches to defining the concepts of "customer relationship management" and "CRM-systems", methods of applying these concepts in the field of management marketing.
The organizational structure, financial indicators, legal basis of JSC "A-Bank" and methods of customer relationship management are investigated. An empathy map for the bank's target audience is developed and competitiveness is assessed.
