Assessment of the quality of the loan portfolio in the management of the bank's credit activities

Abstract

In the qualification work, the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the quality of the loan portfolio of a commercial bank are considered. Diagnostics of the state of the loan portfolio of Ukraine and JSC «Oschadbank» in particular. The concept of improving the quality of the loan portfolio based on the materials of JSC «Oschadbank» was developed. Recommendations for improving the methods for assessing the quality of the loan portfolio of a commercial bank have been provided. The main scientific result of the study is the developed concept, the purpose of which is to improve the quality of credit risk assessment and the management of the loan portfolio to increase the level of profitability from credit operations.
