Development of the life insurance market in Ukraine

Abstract

The qualification work clarified the economic essence and necessity of life insurance, determined its place in the insurance market of Ukraine. The main functions of the life insurance market are substantiated. An analysis of the number of insurance companies, the size of assets of insurance companies and the types of insurance services of Ukraine was carried out. Factors affecting the development of the market for life insurance services in Ukraine have been established.
The main scientific result of the study is the developed concept of improving the development of the market for life insurance services in Ukraine, which will allow solving the existing problems and thereby increase the level of development of the market for life insurance services, which will contribute to the steady annual growth of the market for insurance services in Ukraine.
