Abstract

Approaches to the formation of the capital of the enterprise were investigated in the qualification work. An analysis of the state and influencing factors on the state and quality of capital formation of the enterprise was carried out. The comparison of financial risk and the state of capital profitability is determined. The problems and vectors of improving the capital formation of the enterprise are defined.
The main scientific result of the research is the developed concept of capital formation of the enterprise, the purpose of which is the formation of the optimal level of capital based on indicators of profitability and riskiness.
