Strategic communication of regional state authorities in digital media during a full-scale war in Ukraine

Abstract

The research is dedicated to determining the role of digital media in the strategic communication of regional authorities during a full-scale war in Ukraine. The aim is to analyse the communication strategy of a regional government body in digital media during a full-scale war and to develop recommendations for improving its effectiveness (case of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration (Regional Military Administration)).
