Abstract

The qualification work explores the impact of a social-psychological training program on the development of self-regulation skills in future psychologists. It is shown that the participants of the training demonstrated significant improvements in their ability to control emotions, independently plan and model behavior, as well as exhibited increased adequacy in reacting to changing conditions. It is established that the training program contributes to increasing the level of self-regulation in future professionals and prepares them for effective professional activity.
