Abstract

The qualifying work investigated: 1. highlight the features of social and psychological adaptation; 2. consider the main aspects of professional stress of medical workers; 3. to determine the factors influencing the social and psychological adaptation of medical workers; 4. to conduct an experimental study of the initial level of social and psychological adaptation of medical workers in conditions of professional stress; 5. to develop a program of social and psychological support and professional development of medical workers in conditions of professional stress; 6. discuss the research results.
