Means of supporting the psychological health of employees of business organizations in the conditions of martial law

Abstract

In the qualification work, the peculiarities of the psychological health of employees of business organizations and the means of its support during martial law were investigated. The theoretical analysis of the problem made it possible to define the concept of psychological health in modern science as a combination of adaptability, harmonious development, balance and spirituality, and its criteria are the ability for self-development, self-actualization and the internal integrity of the individual.
