Psychological features of increasing the stress resistance of wives of combatants in the conditions of a military crisis

Abstract

The qualification (master's) study is devoted to the study of the psychological features of stress resistance of the wives of combatants in the conditions of a military crisis. A theoretical and experimental study of the stress resistance of the wives of combatants was carried out, the features of its manifestation at different age stages, and the psychological conditions for the development of stress resistance were determined. The study of the age specificity of the manifestation of psychological conditions for the development of stress resistance of the wives of combatants provided an opportunity to reveal that the wives of combatants in middle adulthood are characterized by the most effective application of coping strategies. A corrective program aimed at increasing the stress resistance of wives of combatants has been developed.
