Abstract

The master's thesis "Development of a mechanism for evaluating and improving the communication system at IT enterprises" is devoted to the study and optimization of communication processes at information technology enterprises. The author systematically examines the key challenges and opportunities arising from the rapid pace of technology development and globalization in this sector.
