Abstract

The main classical substantive and procedural theories of work motivation are considered in the master's qualification work. Scientific approaches to the formation and management of the system of employee motivation are studied. Indicators of evaluation of efficiency of management system of motivation of work of employees of the enterprise are offered. The efficiency of the limited liability company - production and commercial firm «Kozak+» and the effectiveness of the management system of motivation of employees of the company are analyzed and calculated. A plan of measures to improve the management of the system of motivation of employees of the enterprise.
