Management of the internal environment of the enterprise in conditions of instability (on yhe example of PJSC “Vinnytsia factory “Mayak”)

Abstract

The master's qualification work considers the theoretical and practical aspects of the relationship between the external and internal environment of the enterprise.
The impact of new macroenvironmental factors caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on the activity of enterprises has been studied. Enterprises are invited to use: in the short term - the strategy of adaptation, which is to create flexible organizational management structures with a high level of decentralization; in the long run - to implement a system of strategic planning.
The activity of a specific enterprise - private joint-stock company "Vinnytsia plant Mayak" is investigated.
Recommendations for improving the management system of the internal environment of the enterprise are developed and their efficiency is calculated.
