Abstract

The qualification work examines socio-political vocabulary as the main array of nominative units and linguistic-stylistic paradigms of political speeches. The subject of the research was the socio-political lexicon of Volodymyr Zelensky through the prism of semantic and functional features of speeches to the Ukrainian people and institutional figures of other countries. It has been established that the socio-political speech of the President of Ukraine has great stylistic potential: it is thematically branched, diverse, motivated; image, rhetoric and charisma are important aspects of his activities. Each of these elements affects the purpose of communication in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the territory of Ukraine.
