The situation of Iranian women after the Islamic Revolution

Abstract

The qualification work analyzes the changes in the position of women in Iranian society in the post-revolutionary period in Iran and their significance at the present stage of the state's existence. The key period of the study is 1980-2010, in the political and legal sphere, the pre-revolutionary and revolutionary periods are also considered. In addition, the paper analyzes Iranian political movements that were aimed at addressing the women's issue and mainstreaming activities in Iran.
